2025 PASSENGER RAIL LAW WORKSHOP - WEEKLY WEBINAR SESSIONS

The 2025 Passenger Rail Law Workshop will be presented by CRC and Kaplan Kirsch. Attendees will learn from experts the fundamental legal principles that underlie virtually all elements of passenger rail. This workshop is the only conference that combines a thorough review of the basics of passenger rail law with an update on recent legal developments.

Continuing legal education credits are generally available in most states.

Board Meeting

The CRC Board Meeting will be held in conjunction with the 2025 Commuter Rail Summit in Washington, D.C. on Monday, November 3, 1 - 4 p.m. All CRC members in good standing are encouraged to attend. An agenda will be available in October, and the meeting will be accessible by Zoom link for those unable to be in Washington.
