A delegation of CRC members met this week with the new House Railroads Subcommittee Chairman, Rep. Daniel Webster (R-FL) and the subcommittee’s ranking member, Rep. Dina Titus (D-NV).

The visit with Chairman Webster was his first meeting with a stakeholder group since assuming the subcommittee gavel.

While in DC the delegation also met with committee staff in the House and Senate to advance the association’s policy priorities for 2025, particularly an adjustment to the implementation timeline of the excess liability cap.
